We booked this on our way home from vacation using rewards points. There were no king beds available so we had to take a room with two queens which left very little room to set up the pack and play for our baby. The first room we were granted had a toilet that didn't flush. When trying to use the phone to call the front desk it was broken. We were moved to a different room that was satisfactory but we're not offered an upgrade or compensation for our troubles. The breakfast left much to be desired and the one waffle maker took too long.
