gorgeous, spacious hotel with tall ceilings, amazingly clean and fresh everywhere you look. staff was super nice and friendly

The hotel is very nice. There were boogers on the bathroom door in plain sight that weren't cleaned but it was a pretty good stay other than that and a stain on the sheets.

The staff booked the wrong nights and the hotel refused to honor their cancelation policy. No one would answer my questions about the reservation. Most of the actual staff were phenomenal. This was also the noisiest hotel I've ever stayed at. It even came with ear plugs in the room.
