Fairfield Inn & Suites, Muncie

Front desk Staff was great, very friendly and resourceful. Room didn't feel totally fresh. The make up wipe in the bathroom had been sitting there through many guests as it's package was faded from so much water having dried on it. That was pretty gross and made me question how they clean the bathrooms. The shower had little hairs in it. Never what you want to see.

I love Marriott Brand Hotels. They are clean, comfortable, and gave many discounts/packages. Marriott is my preferred hotel.

Hotel was fine. However, we needed a handicapped room and the bathroom was not really ADA compliant, as the toilet was too low and bathtub was standard.
