This Holiday Inn Express (288 at Beltway 8 in Pearland, TX) is in a great location. The building is nice. The support staff is OK. that's where the positive ends. We had a meeting in the meeting room. It was over $150 MORE with a smaller room than the other Holiday Inn Express less conveniently located in Pearland. The managers were extremely rude. The room still had cake icing and grit all over the counter. They have missed the opportunity for our company holding regular weekly meetings there. I would never recommend this location to ANYONE.
