Room is clean and spacious. Liked having a sitting area as well as microwave and fridge

This hotel is somewhat disappointing. Pictures online did not truly depict actual look. Our room looks old & outdated. Staff didn't want to give extra clean towels. Breakfast was good however this morning.

Our room key stopped working twice and we had to go back down to the desk. The jacuzzi bathtub did not seem very clean there were blk hairs in the tub. I cleaned it before I even took a shower.
