Great hot tub

Mostly awesome. Great room and staff. The pillows, however, are terrible. When I asked for a different style I learned than no other style was available. When I asked for 2 additional pillows, the front desk clerk said he'd have them delivered. They weren't. When I checked out, the clerk asked how my stay was. I let her know it was ok. She asked how it could be better and so I let her know about the pillow situation. She immediately apologized and offered me a discount. She turned what could've been a poor experience into a positive one that I've told friends about. Thanks for hiring/training great customer service.
