Betty needs to be replaced. She doesn't care about her job or you. Place is a little dated. People smoke in rooms they shouldn't and housekeeping doesn't get the smell out. I intentionally left things on the floor or in the bath and they never got cleaned.

Very sad!!! I am a huge loyalist to marriott properties and have stayed at this one in particular multiple times. Betty L. In the front desk is HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!! She does not know her job, nor does she care about the CUSTOMER! I could go on and on, but my biggest concern is that our dishwasher started smoking, filling up the room with smoke that actually made the smoke detectors go off in the room and we tried to handle it the best way we could, HOWEVER, the smoke detector NEVER NEVER NEVER ALERTED THE FRONT DESK IN ANY CAPACITY!!!!!!!!!! We asked for a room transfer after this debacle and was offered the room right beside and above the one that was still hot and smoky!!! Geez! This property was completely horrible this visit and quite surely enough to turn me off the brand (I am a platinum traveler).
