The Westin San Francisco Airport

The gentleman, possibly manager, was WONDERFUL! I unfortunately did not get his name, but he was overseeing staff and was working at the restaurant hosting (Asian ethnicity). He was phenomenal with every guest that walked up. Superb customer service

Great amenities and pleasant staff.

The hotel linens & towels were of good quality & the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom toiletries were a plus. The shower head was GREAT! The room looks a bit dated, but was otherwise clean & comfortable.
