The staff was so nice! We booked our hotel at crestwood suites about 6 months in advanced, however, they were overbooked BY 30 ROOMS! In desperate attempt to find somewhere to stay very last minute we called Hampton inn! Luckily they were the nicest ever and were able to help us! Every other hotel we called was booked due to the Taylor swift concert and the bayou country super fest that was goin on all weekend. We really appreciate the staff at Hampton inn!

Low price. Gym was big enough but machines were broke and room wasn't clean/well stocked with towels. A lightbulb in my bathroom was out and apparently housekeeping didn't notice. Low lighting overall.
