Too slow. When you say you will pick someone up at 8 and you show up at 8:20 and then make them sit in the lobby for another 20 minutes it tends to make people angry.

No notification that I needed to bring a utility bill if I was using a debit card which made the process too long to get that information. Because of this I was late for work.
