Queen was excellent at what she did as well as her knowledge. It has helped my back and need to book another appointment with her.

I haven’t had a good massage in years! I asked for firm and explained what area needs the most and left 100% satisfied. My husband asked for opposite and was surprised too that he got what he asked for. We plan to come back for sure!

Lexi was absolutely wonderful. She perfectly balanced the amount of conversation I like during my appointments, and she was kind, and in good humor. I will definitely be requesting her services again in the future.

I like the ease of a prepaid membership and online booking. There are bugs that need to be addressed on the app, text messages, and internally at the spa- like making sure there is adequate staff at the front desk. The downside is that the cost of membership has escalated a great deal during the last few years. Over the last couple of years it has increased over 30% without any additional services. That is disappointing to customers.

The receptionist was friendly and knowledgeable and my massage therapist(Jodi) always does a fabulous job of relaxing my muscles and working out the tension in my body with the right amount of pressure.
