I was highly satisfied with Steven's service. He's always very professional, asks good questions so that he can tailor his service, and I always feel much better afterwards. My problem was not with Steven, but the massage room next door was very loud. I could hear every question the therapist ask, the loud laughing and boisterous conversation during most of my session. It was a very distracting to me. The music in the room was intermittent, so it didn't provide a consistent buffer.

Massage was one of the best I had.

Brought friend from out of town. Said worse massage ever. She told problems to focus and girl never addressed it or massaged it and places she did massage it was real soft. Never addressed her issues. Could not believe I paid 100 for it. Which I didn’t want her to know but receptionist yelled it so loud that entire area heard it. So dissatisfied and embarrassed for this.

This was one of the best massages I have ever had. The therapist listened to my needs and focused on the problem areas that I had told him about.

Jade is the best massage therapist! He is always professional and friendly. He consistently explains how the massage is going to go and asks if I have any specific areas he should work on. He is great at listening to my body and focusing on those areas that are tense and tight. It's always a great service!
