I had severe pain in both my right and left side of my upper back, and Stephen took the time to assure that he worked those specific areas and focused on relieving as much tension as possible. It was very relaxing and I will definitely return!

There was an issue regarding the introductory price that I received online. I was dealing with a manager who was very unaccommodating and basically he was calling me a liar and was rude during the conversation. After numerous attempts to explain the situation to her she basically was like too bad that’s what the system says. She was not willing to give me the introductory price because I had a prior appointment with a different location however that appointment was canceled by that location during Covid lockdown and I was not able to get the massage. She then kept telling me that I was not able to get the introductory price because I was already in the system but I had not received any services. I went to the other location and they confirmed that I had not received the servicesThe manager could’ve called that store and have this taken care of in a better way and provide a better customer service but did not when I told her I did not want to do business with a company such as this she basically told me well if you leave I’m charging your credit card for the service anyway.

This recent visit I asked for a deep tissue and got that! Jason worked on my muscles the way they needed to be. I was sore that evening but feel great today!

I was unsure of how he would handle my sciatica nerve but I felt like a new person after my hour and a half massage.
