I am highly satisfied with Hayden's down for three reasons yes. The therapist I had was Jason and he was very knowledgeable and exactly what I needed for my back pain. Your system manager Allison is a blessing in very nice, and the place is nicely setup and convenient

From the moment you walk in staff is friendly and prepared to receive you. The room ambiance is so warm, calm and welcoming. Most important for myself and husband both therapists address issues to determine type of massage in a timely manner. They are so respectful and very professional. We can’t say enough to express how pleased we are. Absolutely love this place.

Came in for a facial to take care of dry skin and have my face look radiant. This was achieved. The aesthetician was knowledgeable and service oriented, as well as very courteous.

I made an appointment request online becaus I was unable to make phone calls while in a meeting. Someone called me back to inform me that the therapist I requested was not working during the time I requested. I was still unable to take phone calls and sent two emails back that I would use an alternate therapist during the same time slot I had originally requested. No one responded to the two emails that I sent (around 11am and around 3pm). I had to call back to get the appointment scheduled. Once I was able to make phone calls after my meeting. Previously I had complained about a new massage therapist who kept interrupting my massage to crack her knuckles during my session. She repeatedly stoped the massage to crack her knuckles which was not relaxing and quite distracting. No one ever scheduled another appointment for me to make up for that distracting massage. I should not have had to pay for the “makeup” massage. Yet I did have to pay for that “makeup” massage, which was disappointing and not customer friendly. My monthly massage session was ruined and I was not compensated for it with a free makeup session.
