Hand and Stone

The staff are all very friendly and knowledgable. My massage therapist, Brenton, is amazing! My shoulders are so much better than when I started. I don't love the oil -- would prefer lotion or something less greasy -- but was told that's a Hand & Stone thing, so I'll deal. Everything else is great enough to make up for it.

Every time I call I've been able to get in quickly. I've seen four different massage therapist and all have them have been WONDERFUL!

The receptionist and therapist were welcoming. He took time to understand my needs and medical concerns. The spa was beautiful. Would like tea options in reception in the future.

Dana and the staff in the front desk were wonderful. I had to reschedule my appointment to a later time and they were very friendly through the entire process. Every time I go in no matter who is there i have 100% of the time excellent customer service.

Dana was a wonderful LMT. She listened and addressed my areas of pain. If I made any request, she took care of it immediately. She treated me with kindness and compassion. I felt very comfortable with her.

Everyone was very welcoming. Had a hard time with understanding membership plan over phone, had to go in person to verify information, other than that, everything was an excellent experience.

The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. This was my first spa experience, and everyone made me feel comfortable and relaxed throughout. I went to Hand and Stone to get some relief with some aches I had been having in my neck area for a few weeks and to help clear up my face and skin. I felt relaxed during the entire half hour. She made sure to apply the right amount of pressure without going overboard. I had such a positive experience and the manager was so thoughtful and fun to talk to that I became a member right away.

The staff is very friendly. The spa is clean and elegant. The massage therapists are amazing!
