Hand and Stone

I have always been satisfied with my experiences at Hand and Stone. The staff are kind and helpful and make me and my teenage girls (who have a membership) feel welcome. The cost of services have increased significantly since I started coming.

Massage itself was great. Therapist did a great job of relieving stress. Room ambience was great!

I was very satisfied other than when I came in for this appointment the girl at the reception desk asked to update my info when I had literally just been there two weeks ago. She did hopefully solve the issue.

The aesthetician I booked with, was not feeling well and canceled the appointment on the way to my appointment. I was given another aesthetician, but she was very good as well. Had to wait 20 for my original appointment time, but the experience was very good.

I wasn’t offered a longer massage. Had i known, I definitely would have opted for a longer service

The waiting area was cold. My aptm was at 4:30 and it started at 5. The massage therapist was great she’s very knowledgeable.

More products. Shape or condition of spa. Staff appearance not professional.

I booked online for a facial and a massage, the tech I received was not licensed to do a facial, so I was not able to get my facial.

More knowledge needed about different types of massages.
