Actually I WAS satisfied. Not sure why this survey would think otherwise

I have done a series of 6 treatments. I enjoyed the experience and the facial itself. However, I see no noticeable results as of yet. But,I am willing to give it some time before final analysis.

Federico was awesome! He’s one of the best massage therapist I’ve had in a long time. He relaxes my shoulders and tense muscles.

Because I set up a facial apt. For my mom for one hour and they did the service in half hour and the apt. Was at 12:00 and they took her in till 12:30 they gave a $20 discount, but I don't think thats enough.

Did not target my skin issues and this person did not wait outside the door with water whenever I was done. Walked myself up front

My therapist was wonderful and sweet and her massage was on par for a basic massage but thigh I enjoyed the scalp massage I want aware that she has oils on her hands when doing it and my hair was awful the rest of the weekend. It took two washings to get it out and another before my hair felt right again.

I was disappointed with the reset, the receptionist area, the floors were not clean. The rug really needs to be replaced. Other than that I was very satisfied.

I have been a member for 13 years. Without any notice they deleted my acct. No information in the folder and my grandfathered $49.99 wiped out.

My massage therapist cut my massage time short by about 10 minutes. Did not let me know this would happen beforehand. The front desk person made the situation right.

I came out of massage feeling sore. I am still sore in my neck. I might be sore because I asked for medium pressure as I have not had this done before.
