It was ok. Used a female therapist for 1st time and she was almost too gentle Have had 2 appts recently cancelled at last minute and one of them I’d taken a day off from work to attend.

I come here for migraines, and every time I have visited this location on Camp Bowie, the receptionist have constantly talked loudly.

The receptionist spent over 5 minutes on a phone call with who I am assuming was a manager complaining about other employees and therapists. It was incredibly unprofessional.

My therapist Jodi was great and pleasant. The receptionist staff was, too. My complaints are mainly related to the noise in the room. Just a few minutes into the massage, I started hearing a lot of noise on the other side of the wall next to my head. Music, loud partying, and bar noise. Apparently you share a wall with a bar. It completely ruined my mood. I prefer to lie there and not speak during my massages, because I have fibromyalgia and need to do breathing exercises to handle my pain. I was so distracted by it I spoke up and couldn't focus on my breathing. Instead of getting some medium pressure work done, I had my masseuse back off and we just talked throughout to drown out the noise. I didn't leave very relaxed or with less pain. It wasn't a complete waste of time, but it wasn't the experience I'd hoped for. I could hear the noise down the hall in your restroom afterward, too. It's unfortunate, because everything else was great, and I hope you can add some soundproofing or something to help this improve.

The therapist Jodi was really nice and very attentive but did not seem very well trained in how to rub certain muscles

I was there for a 50 minute facial and 50 minute massage. I don't believe either one was 50 minutes. However, the staff was extremely personable.

Appointment for massage scheduled for 10am. Was not taken to room until 1015. Informed massage therapist I was also scheduled for facial at 11am so asked her to notify esthetician I would be late for that appt. I was not please appointment were not running on time as I had other plans for the day as well that were then delayed.

I booked a massage for the following week at my last visit, but when I arrived the appointment was not on the schedule. The receptionist was able to get me in for a facial at the same time which worked out great. The facial was amazing, but it was a little disappointing since I was really looking forward to the massage.

The aesthetician was very nice but talked throughout the whole appointment which made it less relaxing. I told the receptionist multiple times that I’m pregnant yet my aesthetician was not informed. My aesthetician also wasn’t very knowledgeable in appropriate products to use for pregnancy, which made me nervous about what she put on my skin.

I did not care to much for the massage therapist i had for this visit. but overall my experience was awesome.
