The therapist I booked with online was not who I got. The website should allow you to book with the correct therapist. The therapist I did have was a little too frantic at times. Moving too quickly between areas.

I didn’t get the sensitive skin treatment this time and I should have. The products on the general facial are too abrasive for my skin. Her bed warmer was broken.

Appointment started 10-15 minutes late but ended on time.

The main reason I wasn’t highly satisfied was because the appointment didn’t start in time. In fact it was 30 minutes late. We still got our full appointment and they also gave us a free aromatherapy, which we really appreciated but I would’ve liked the appointment to be on time. I appreciate everyone’s kindness though and I do understand this happens so I wasn’t upset at all but I wasn’t satisfied.

Overall I have been highly satisfied with my experience, however my last appointment was not. I scheduled an appointment with a new therapist, Chris, and I did not enjoy the session. For the session, the way he worked on my back felt like he was rushing the entire time and was not very relaxing. Also, he didn’t seem to know how to act. He didn’t ask what I wanted to work on, and seemed to not know how to interact very well. I think someone needs to train him more.

It is difficult to get a hold of the location, I have sent emails, and one day they didn’t even answer their phone.

The Camp Bowie location never answers their phone. I also requested an appointment online but was never called back. In order to get the appointment I had to actually book it online.

The price is good. I just wish there was a closer location to me. Now thinking about it once I got my membership there were no pressure sales.

We were able to clarify this but last month, my therapist recommended I have a 80 minute to really focus on problem areas. So this month I scheduled a 80 min and it was explained I could use two packages for that and still have money left over to schedule some other services. I was excited to have a pampering day for my birthday week and Valentines day so i added a peppermint head message and a foot package. It was explained as if I would have that additionally to the 80 min message so I expected to be there for 2 hours. A hour a 15 minutes into the message the session was over. I was very confused. My therapist then shared that the head and foot message is included in the 80 min. I was disappointed cause I wanted to focus on problem areas for the 80 min message. I would of rather done that for the full session. My therapist did apologize and the front desk did as well for the mis understanding. I believe they want to help me have a better experience with the package next time I go which is greatly appreciated. Kathleen is awesome but want to make sure she uses the full time, sometimes it feels that the message is shortened. .

When i get a facial i usually expect a massage of some kind. i’ve gotten a facial at H&S before and the massage was great. This time, i did get probably less than 2 min of massage but the pressure was so light it made me almost uncomfortable. (i was also not asked about pressure) there was also a lot of moments where there was nothing on my face and nothing was happening- my appointment started late and i was not reimbursed for time at the end. just will probably not go back to same girl next time- though she was super nice.
