I bought a promotional gift card during the summer that was supposed to be good for a one hour massage. Upon paying with the gift card, I was told that this card was not part of that promotion and had to pay the remaining balance. I know the card was in fact part of that promotion because that is when and why I purchased it.

Signed up for $59.99 facial. Because of extra costs, ended up being $99. Tension between staff.

I have a lot of highly satisfied ratings? So I’m not sure why it’s saying that lol. It was great!

Because to be highly satisfied, the whole experience has to be perfect. Not everything was perfect.

Paid for 1 hour massage With tip $120.00 for 50 minute, not a good value. Several places around with better rates and perks.

I have no idea as to why i had to pay an extra $10 over my contract price. This was not the tip. The music was ok not real relaxing and was on a short loop. The room was a bit chilly.

There was no paper towels available in the restrooms. the staff seemed to be aware and kept saying it will get replaced but at the end of my visit it was still empty

Cost is rather high.

The staff seemed like desperate to make a sale. High pressure sales pitch and so many additional cost.

I enjoy going to get a massage every month, but wanted a facial as well this time. My facial did not target what I wanted to clear up. I may try a different one, but my results were not what I expected.
