Wish the massage oil could be lightly scented with lavender or mint.

Did not get an answer as to why my bi-weekly draft is $59 but the price of the massage is $49

Though the massage was relaxing at times it was not the best. She was very delicate but I wanted it a little more firm (which I stated) however, it was too firm (there was no middle ground). I would have preferred the gentleman I had during my previous visit but he was only available in the afternoon. Don't get me wrong, she wasn't bad. My expectation was high because of my previous massage.

I also added on an eyebrow wax. It did not seem like she had done many eyebrows before. She only waxed on the ends of my brows. I had to go home and clean up the rest of them myself.

I was satisfied the facial was fine but nothing outstanding

I was satisfied overall. Had a wonderful massage, just did not like the lightness of the room, the music could hardly be heard & would have rather had "spa" music. Not sure what was really being played. Room was not very pretty either. Everything else was very good.

I have gone through 3 therapists within the time I have had my membership. That gets frustrating! However. Dora is back from maternity leave and she’s fantastic so I won’t be moving me membership.

The roof began to leak 30 minutes into my massage and I had to change rooms. Great massage but the interruption happen just as I was getting relaxed.

Too expensive for the result. Low stock of products.

My massage therapist did a good job. Yet, there were areas that she could have handled better. My calf muscles and mid-back were a little sore the day after the massage. Also, we were supposed to have a 100 minute massage, and it was around 90 minutes.
