Hand and Stone

I do not believe I received the full fifty minutes. My session (time wise) began from the moment the massage therapist received me. Not really fair to have all this time considered massage time. Walking to room, discussing areas needing attention, preparing for massage, AND NOW FINALLY MASSAGE TIME. THIRTY MINUTES. No time to turn over. This was the last appointment of the day. Disappointed, not in the massage, but in receiving the fifty minutes I was due.

Used the Himalayan salt stones and they made me itch

It was a very good facial.

Therapist did a really nice job. Appreciate the communication throughout the message. Waited a little bit to pay due to how nice the front desk lady was on booking her service over the phone. In all a second good experience and a recommendation to a friend.

I have lived in Thailand and gone to many elegant spas. Hand and Stone is an average experience in the states but nothing outstanding.

I specified to address my back and neck. He spent adequate time on my back but did not leave enough time for my neck. He massaged areas on my neck that were not muscles typically tight or painful in people, and did not address areas of tension like my upper traps.

Appointment time was 2 p.m., didn’t start until 2:10. The knots in my back were somewhat relieved, but could have been more. Message therapist change too much, not enough continuity with a regular therapist. In less than 10 moths Ihave had to have 5 different therapists due to turn-over.

No area to go after massage.

Would like more pressure on message Explain each treatment as done

I felt like my therapist spent time in the areas I asked for but I felt like the time she would have normally spent on the rest of my body or stretching she didn't use. There was 10 min at the beginning and the end of my massage for me to dress. But that's a little long when I'm ready much faster. I understand it is a 50 min massage but I wanted 50 min not 40.
