H&S is truly a reflection of their employees while their employees cannot change aspects of corporate policy changes. Bottom line, people are looking for the benefits of paying a higher cost in a massage and they are dwindling. Your employees are great and they keep me wanting to return. But the price increases and upgrades that should be standard are destroying the experience of wanting a membership or continuing the membership. Reevaluate on how you can retain customers. Cost increases and removing standard practices to upgrades is not the way.
