My therapist Angie is very friendly and knowledgeable and always makes me feel comfortable. She does very well at focusing on my areas of need. She gives great advice and suggestions for how I can care for myself at home.

The staff is always welcoming and helpful. Every therapist I have had for massage is highly professional and knowledgeable. I am always eager for my next monthly massage!

Customer service and knowledge of employee’s is very good. I do enjoy my membership and the staff. I would recommend this faculty to family and friends.

Receptionist waited for us to stand directly in front of her for a minute, then said “can I help you”? No greeting, no smile, no welcoming feeling, she literally acted like we were were bothering her just by walking inside the front door…then after she rudely handed us the ipads, barking orders for us to sign, she says have a seat…For lack of a better word I will just say she was rude and anti social….definitely Doesn’t belong in ANY hand and stone facility…I don’t know her name so the only way you can can identify her is through your camera footage…Definitely will not visit that particular hand and stone if she is still working there…also she was whispering with the other girl and laughing so rudely..we felt like she was talking about me and my wife who always go together to your locations….our appointment was at 3:45pm
