I REALLY liked my massage therapist. It was probably the most relaxing massage I ever had. Although I canceled my membership due to moving, I would come back if I could just to see her!

Everyone was very helpful. My massage therapist was great. She worked out all the pain areas.

Everyone was very nice and attentive. My skin already looks so much better .

I always enjoy coming here. Everyone is friendly and the therapists are always competent (as always, some are a better for than others). I am unhappy about one thing- I need to cancel because there is no longer a convenient location for me. I was about to fill in the Docusign when I noticed I had over 14000 reward points. This may have been mentioned whenI signed up, but was NEVER mentioned again. Had I not noticed, I would have canceled and lost them. Because I did notice, I had to delay my cancellation. This is not a big deal, but this location is 45 minutes from me- so using them necessitates another journey. I think this is terrible customer service- that no one mentioned them along the way (several year member) or when I discussed cancellation with them. That feels very shady to me. So, I will not become a member at the new location that will be opening in Mt Pleasant (it is only slightly closer anyway), or any other closer location. A great relationship until that caught my eye.

JC is a fantastic massage therapist. She is the primary reason I keep coming to this location the management has massive turnover and the mask requirements are a huge turn off
