The receptionist and front desk team in general were super helpful and polite. Barely any wait for my appointment. The massage itself was awesome. Really helped my problem areas.

My skin seems to be much improved since I began having monthly facials. It is a very relaxing and enjoyable experience!

I’ve seen a huge difference in my skin since coming to Hand & Stone. I love Madison’s knowledge, the way she works, and how she always informs me on products but doesn’t push me to purchase any. I think the pricing is extremely affordable which is a huge plus!

I love my therapist - Jolanda- she is amazing! I love the Himalayan massage but do think it is a pricey add on for what it is. I also love the cleanliness of the spa but wish there was included basic aromatherapy in the spa/room.

The front desk staff and massage therapist were all very friendly and courteous. My massage therapist, Jaycee, was very educational and helpful in taking care of my shoulder/back needs. Also very personable making the appointment very relaxed and comfortable.

After my previous visit I contemplated not continuing with Hand and Stone membership. I decided to give you another chance and was happy with Janie and her knowledge and expertise. I will be back.
