Everything was great. One issue was with the bathroom that I used. The toilet seat had to be held up for any man unless they decided to sit down. I planned to wash my hands anyway so it was not something that I could not deal with. The seat, however, needs to be repaired or replaced.

It is so relaxing to enter my Hand and Stone. Receptionists and staff so friendly and kind and knowledgeable . GREAT customer service every time.

Robin was amazing. She made me feel comfortable and she seemed knowledgeable.

Rebecca is awesome. She is very knowledgeable and really seems to care about my well being. I always make sure I am scheduled with her.

It was a much-needed birthday gift that came right on time and delivered 100%. I am wound up with tension from the base of my neck to my hips and Rebecca (sp.?) identified that early in the appointment and worked on easing some of it throughout the appointment. I'll be back in two weeks for more!

The experience was wonderful and truly helped me relax. Everyone was extremely friendly and made me feel comfortable. The massage was exactly what I needed and my masseuse focused on areas that needed attention.
