The lobby/waiting was very inviting. I did not wait but a few minutes and my message therapist was ready for my appointment. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. The message room was very relaxing and I will be returning for more future messages.

The experience was most wonderful I felt so much better when I left. I felt very comfortable.

Brittany & Marina are nothing short of amazing! I will miss Brittany while she is away to take care of her bundle of joy. Marina gets the job done every appointment weather it is for my facial or my wax day and I feel right at home here at Hand & Stone! Ever since I became a member again, I’ve noticed some decreased stress levels on everyday life overall! I can’t thank you enough for all that both of you ladies do Brittany and Marina! :)

I request Angie every month and she does such a wonderful job. She almost puts me to sleep as its so relaxing. Angie is definitely an asset to your team. Great Job.

My therapist was interested in knowing what areas I needed specific work on. She then spent a lot of time working on those areas. I felt that she was very responsive to my needs.

Helen's knowledge of kyphosis impressed me. She knows her stuff. I was expecting to have to explain what it was.

I like the individual attention to address my concerns/needs. The rooms are large enough that you do not feel cramped. My esthetican does a great job!

Zoie was really friendly. She made me feel as though she took a real interest in the health of my skin. She explained what and why she was doing. I look forward to my next appointment with her, and having her help me with my skin care needs.

I always feel welcome at arrival and comfortable with the precautions. I always feel relaxed after my session ends. I feel the therapist seems in tune with what my tight muscles need to loosen them up. I look forward to each appointment.

Rebeka was awesome and I'm so glad that she is helping with the issues I am experiencing with my muscles
