Hand and Stone provides the friendliest And professional spa in town. I feel welcome there and people greet my by name as I enter. Amy is a very knowledgable therapist. Thank you for being there for me!

From the moment I walked into the door I felt welcomed. The check in process was very easy and the front desk staff helpful. The waiting area was clean and chairs social distance for safety. My message was wonderfully done and much appreciated.

Staff is always friendly and welcoming. Clean, quiet, relaxing environment. My massage and facials are always great no matter the person. Whoever your trainer is does a great job.

I love the ease making appointments and am satisfied with the friendliness of the staff. The environment is always soothing and the facility is very clean.

I prefer to see the same therapist every session and Aisha is absolutely fantastic. She is a fantastical knowledgable and friendly therapist and also gives great additional aches and pains advice such as stretching techniques. The front desk is fantastic and the only thing Id say they could improve on is actually remebering me by name since Ice been going there for over a year now. But turnover is a thing and I'm still very pleased with all the desk girls!

Everything about my in-person experience was fantastic. My massage therapist was wonderfully knowledgable, professional, and friendly. She made me feel at ease and my massage was incredibly relaxing. The only thing for your company to improve upon would be the mobile intake forms. I tried to fill them out on my phone multiple times but there was no "Submit" button to press so it was impossible to tell if anything saved after signing my release forms. I would suggest coding in a "submit" button along with a "continue" button that will allow customers to fill out the forms one at a time and give them the confidence that their information is being saved. Thanks! Will definitely recommend Hand & Stone to al my friends and family!!!
