I have always found just about everyone I've encountered who worked at Hand & Stone to be very polite and friendly. I definitely feel like they want to do a great job and I leave happy and satisfied. I just wish whatever you're doing or not doing is rectified so they stay and not keep finding other jobs! I've had some of the best only to find they've moved on.

The cost was too high. I had a gift card and I still had to pay $49,95.

I used to go to a different spa and didn’t find the staff to be near as friendly or have the availability of appointment times. I work nights so that’s a big deal for me! Nesha is one of the best therapists I have ever had as well. Super knowledgeable and accommodates to my needs.

Jasmine is very professional and knowledgeable. She knows how to relieve the stress and pain in my body. Her work is consistent . I am always pleased with her massages.

I like the kindness and respect I get when I go there and I like how nice it looks inside whoever design it did a great job

I appreciated the contactless check-in and the staff's overall concern for my health, with wearing masks. The massage therapist, Olivia, was very kind, soft spoken and professional. I have been waiting months to return to using my membership and I felt comfortable and relaxed after my massage. I have already booked my next appointment!

There has been a lot of turnover in therapists. It’s hard to get comfortable with them and then have them leave.

I enjoyed the overall experience. Checking was efficient. The therapist listened to my concerns and worked on what I needed to relax. Overall it was a great experience.
