I loved my massage and the massage therapist provided lots of education. The place was very clean and everyone was welcoming. I loved the ease of booking my facial and massage back to back.

Easy booking and check in. Reception staff perfect as always, even in these trying pandemic times. Great value for money with membership. Therapist was best ever.. will go to no one else.

My experience at Hand and Stone was very relaxing! The massage therapist, Tracey, was wonderful. Very calming, knowledgeable, and kind. This visit was also my first time getting a facial. I now know why people love them so much, so very relaxing and refreshing! I will definitely return for both services.

The overall experience was great. Staff did a fantastic job especially during the pandemic with ensuring the health and safety of visitors. I was informed the hot stone treatment was an additional cost or it would use an entire prepaid service when the value is half. It should have been split for use during another session.

I’ve have been coming here for the past few months and my massages were always good, but my most resent visit was the best. My massage therapist was amazing! I definitely will be seeing her in the future again.
