Hand and Stone

It was a pleasant and relaxing experience. The staff was helpful but not especially friendly. The receptionist with whom I booked my appointment checked with the manager and told me they were having a special that day. The lady who did my facial was not overly communicative and did not explain any of the steps to me but maybe this was because she didn’t want to disturb the atmosphere. She did give me a extremely wonderful and satisfying facial which I enjoyed immensely. I loved it. Over all I am very pleased, enjoyed the experience and would go again in the future. I would only like more communication on my next visit.

Kat was my therapist and she was fantastic. My knots are deep and she used different techniques to relieve the pain. I will return next week For her to do more work on the problem area.

I have been a Hand and Stone member for over two years, I just moved to South Carolina, and honestly, it is the BEST I've gone to! I have been in the restaurant business for over 10 years so customer service is very important to me. All of the receptionist was professional and polite. It was genuine too not forced or fake. I had Ariel for my facial and she went over every product and what it will do for my skin type. She helped me pick out different products to use at home. The entire staff was actively cleaning. You have a great staff that shows the great management behind it! Ill be back in two weeks.

I felt like my massage was very relaxing and helped some of the aches and pains I had. I left feeling extremely relaxed and ready to go home and take a nap.

The receptionists were pleasant and my esthetician was very kind and informative. I felt very comfortable with her working on my skin, and trusted her input and suggestions. I’ll definitely be returning.
