Hand and Stone

Samantha was very caring and listened to my concern about my ankle. She gave special care to the ankle and it felt much better when I left. She was able to get knots out without a lot of pressure she’s definitely great.

I have been scheduling with the same aesthetician for well over a year and have found her to be exceptionally effective at providing good results for my 72+ year old skin. I like the ambiance of Hand and Stone, and the fact that the scheduling and management staff really know their jobs. On occasions that require a substitute care provider, I have been matched with clinicians that have provided the same level of service that my regular provider has delivered. Overall, I am highly satisfied with Hand and Stone experiences.

I was unaware that the therapist that was scheduled to do my massage was someone that had met a few years prior. It was really considerate of the staff to call and let me know this to see wet or not I was comfortable with this person doing my massage. I never had issues with her on the past or much of a history so I didn't have a problem with it, in fact it was really nice catching up. Lauren made my visit very pleasant.

Even though there is a COVID 19 pandemic every step of setting my appointment, waiting for my appointment , and getting my massage was easy and stress free.

It was very clean and I felt safe from Covid issues

Jen worked on my areas of tension and pain. Her knowledge of the body and the cause of my discomfort was excellent. Very good massage.
