Hand and Stone

I really enjoyed my visit to get a massage this week. Upon arrival, I called the receptionist and waited less than three minutes to be texted that my massage therapist was ready for me. My massage therapist ,Jennifer, was very congenial and ready for me! After a few questions after entering the room, she made sure I was comfortable and asked if I had any problem areas. I wasn't aware of anything specific, but she assured me that during the massage we would probably find the affected area...she was right! The hour went by quickly and I was so relaxed!

Everything was very smooth and friendly despite the Covid environment we are in

I have been to many spas and have worked with many therapists, Austin is superior to most including other therapists I have had at hand and stone. He always leaves me with homework stretches and we have been working on relieving a lot of neck tension successfully.

I have had two very positive experiences and feel very confident in my services. All of my questions are answered and I am treated as if I am valued.

The receptionist and massage technicians are always very friendly, helpful and professional.

I love Hand and Stone. I commented about wait time. My appointment was at 5pm. Arrived early and called. But, we waited outside until 5:25 to hear from the team. I do understand that COVID presents challenges, and this has not been my experience before. But that was a long time. I know also that scheduling is limiting the number of patrons, which would seem to make such delays less likely, but perhaps not. I would have appreciated updates, and an explanation for the delay- that is where the staff really fell short here. In general, the staff at this location is great, and I will not be judging based on this going forward, but it was very inconvenient as we had somewhere to be, based on a 6:15p projected exit time, allowing for check out time when the session was scheduled to end at 6p.
