As a returning customer my experience was as expected. My regular therapist had to leave not feeling well. I did receive a call explaining that I would have a different therapist . She was fine:

Deborah who gave me my facials was so friendly but most important she Was very knowledgeable and answered all my concerns. I plan to keep up my membership.

Alex was just phenomenal, she turned me into a monthly member and she doesn't even know it. My experience was a level of professionalism I have not experienced in some time. I achieved relaxation and a decrease in stress beyond what I expected.

All the staff are always so pleasant and helpful. The receptionists address me by name when I arrive and during my visit. Audra is absolutely amazing! She picks up our last conversation where we left off and is always interested in everything about me and how she can help my skin look it’s best! I have found a goldmine in the Summerville spa!
