Everything was wonderful, my therapist was running late because she came from her other job just for my appointment, I didn't mind at all, I understand, and she was worth the wait.

Massage was great, staff is friendly, everything about This Hand and Stone is wonderful!

There is literally no wait. The receptionists are always welcoming. All I can say is Audra has the hands of an angel.

The owners must be extremely proud of their front and back staff. I don’t know how they are so consistent in perfection. All I can say is wow!

The therapist should: have warm hands. Knowledge how to treat the reflected body areas and warm up bench and be on time for pick up up front. All this was perfectly given in this appointment, however not in all prior with different therapist. Thank you for the opportunity to give my feedback .

Great- friendliness of staff, quality of the massage therapist. Charles did a great job. Can improve on - Please enforce a 'quiet zone' in the waiting area. Another person was in there playing games on his smartphone with the sound on and it detracted from the ambiance of the room. I'm OK with people using ear buds or just muting their phones. A little bit of courtesy would make a big difference.

Jennifer was very courtious and friendly She understood my needs She was acurate with time, she had to turn the light in the room on because something on the counter smelled like it was burning, so and she said that the time would not start until she was ready and lights off

The ease of making an appointment and getting in the next day. The friendliness of everyone I came in contact with. It was a clean spa and inviting. Thank you for making my first visit pleasant and I really enjoyed my massage ( I didn’t want it to end!)
