The lady I had talked me through every step I even fell asleep and woke up to her still explaining she knew her work she ever encouraged me to go to school for it I just love y’all

I called the morning of one of my days off, and was worked in for a massage and facial. I Thoroughly enjoyed my massage and facial therapists. They each listened to my requests, and I left feeling brand new!!

Very satisfied with the service. It is helping me problems. My sleep pattern has improved.

Austin was fantastic with my problem areas. They were able to work around my need to rebook. I enjoyed knowing that my therapist was well educated in his techniques.

The only available time slot for a facial was at 2pm and I take my puppy to puppy playtime next door at Petco from 1-1:30 so I showed up early and filled my paperwork out ahead of time because I knew I had to rush to drop my pup off at home and drive back to the plaza where hand and stone is located and the staff was so kind and friendly when I asked for the papartwork ahead of time. I waited all of maybe two minutes for my service once I arrived at 2 and the facial was amazing. It has been 24 hours and my face is still glowing and I’m still relaxed. I honestly didn’t except much since hand and stone is a chain but I really enjoyed my experience and I would compare it to a higher end spa that I am use to attending. Thank you!

There was a large amount of Clarity products that were not available for purchase. I just feel if you are a business and recommending the products or have people that have switched to this brand that your shelves should be fully stocked.
