The reception staff is always friendly and accommodating. The waiting area is clean and well maintained. The staff providing services always make sure I am comfortable and are friendly.

Ambience Temperature smell everything was great. Got the needed relief and will be back. Maybe you could have different music for meditation. It seemed the track was repeating itself for the time I was there.

I think that for a chain, Hand and Stone does an excellent job of making the ambience conducive to feeling you Re enjoying a spa treatment. Additionally, Austin, my therapist was exception.

Always have had great service but this time my massage therapist(Austin) went above and beyond to really work my problem areas and give me some advice for at home help. I will be back in 2 weeks again per his instructions!
