the massage therapist did a great job relieving my head and neck tension. I felt looser and relaxed. I was suffering from tension headaches and was in pain but after the visit I felt better.

Skin care tailored to my skin. Zoey actively listens to any concerns I have. I am always more relaxed with softer more hydrated skin after my facials.

I have been a member at hand and stone for over a year and love it. I like having the app to schedule my appointments when it’s convenient for me. I have always had great massages. I do wish you had someone who is certified to do cupping. I tried the cupping service y’all have but it’s not anything like “actual” cupping. I used to have the cupping done very frequently and miss it! I also wish you had more facial options. I enjoy the facial but wish it was more geared for relaxation and not so much “skin care”. I feel like that should be a choice for the client to be able to make. The facial is okay but I dont get them frequently because I hate being followed to the waiting area and handed the products that she thinks I need for my skin. I don’t like feeling pressured.

Robin was very knowledgeable. She took her time and promoted relaxation. I felt she addressed my concerns.

It was very professional and very informative, it was my first massage but it will not be the last with Hand and Stone….. Chris (probably misspelled lol) was awesome
