Cheryl Frederick is excellent. The amount of time she spends explaining procedures and the concern shown for my comfort. My appointments will only be with Cheryl (I hope).

Zee was an exceptional massage therapist. Didn't talk to me except to ask if I had any specific areas to focus on, which was great because I enjoy we quiet massages.

A confortable, soothing atmosphere. I was treated with respect and dignity . After my facial i sale I said I was on cloud nine.

I was unaware I couldn’t use my remaining money from my packages towards gratuity. The receptionist informed me you all no longer do that. I don’t remember receiving that update. Frankly, I think that it’s kinda wrong that I lose the money I put toward my membership for adding additional things to my facial. I am always satisfied with my care at this hand and stone.. but the change made by I’m assuming cooperate make me question whether or not I should keep my membership. Please reconsider this change. Thank you.

The reception area and staff were very enjoyable. My facial with Audra was an excellent experience and I will be back for her services. Wesley is a great professional and he did an excellent job paying attention to my problem areas and making sure I was comfortable.

This was my first massage ever. It was relaxing, calming and soothing. The staff was amazing friendly but not loud or over bearing. The price is good, however I would not be able to afford it on a regular basis as much as I would love too.

Kimberly was wonderful! She really helped loosen up my tense shoulders and neck. I definitely will be back and I won’t wait as long for another massage.
