The staff is very friendly in person and on the phone. The therapist was amazing. She did a great job on my problem areas.

The front desk staff is polite and friendly. My massage therapist was very thorough and detailed. Overall, it was one of my best massage experiences.

The ease of appointment. The esthetician listened to what I was wanting to have done. The suggestion of items that would be good for my skin.

I was highly satisfied with my H&S experience because my masseuse knew what she was doing. She was kind and we had good conversation. She made me aware that a band in my thigh was tight and gave me information about how to loosen it up. She also introduced me to the Himalayan salt stone and wow that has changed my life!

This was my second time getting a massage and it was better than the first one! Nicole was great and I will definitely be asking for her again! I actually recommended her for my fiance too! Very relaxing which is what I needed!

The receptionist knew my name, smiled, was friendly. The space is always very well maintained. Wesley, my massage therapist, is the best one I’ve ever had...ever. He’s very skilled and continues learning and applying new techniques. He listens and responds appropriately. He’s very attentive to any problem areas as well as aware of issue areas I never realized were there then explained what was the issue.

The receptionist called us in a timely manner when one of the therapists was unavailable and needed to reschedule. Both therapists did a great job on their massages. Being offered free massage add-ons was nice!

Everything was great but ice had better masseuses.

The therapist listened to my request for a light touch and checked to make sure it was right.
