Staff is pleasant. Facility is clean. Juleda is wonderful

My therapist knows exactly what I like. I don't have to tell her. She's thorough in any areas I ask her to be. She's polite.

The providers I have seen have all been excellent. I look forward to my massage/ facial each month as self care. It's always clean and smells nice.

Ease of booking same day, check in and check out went well. Provider was thorough and efficient yet I was calm and pampered and relaxed.

Hand and Stone always has great customer service. The bathroom and the rooms are always clean. The masseuse was very polite and knowledgeable. I enjoyed my message, I even fell asleep. 😊
