I have had a great experience every time I have been. Every therapist has listened and worked on the parts I needed worked on. I have never felt uncomformatable. All of the staff are nice and approachable.

I was in the plaza to go grocery shopping and saw Hand & Stone. I was looking to get an eyebrow wax. I have never been in any H&S location prior to this. The smell in there was intoxicating!! The receptionist answered my questions about cost and wait time. I probably had to wait 5 min. Crystal waxed my eyebrows and she was very informative about hair removal and was very friendly. The music that played in the room was very relaxing. She made sure I liked the way my brows turned out. I did!! I will absolutely return!!

The pain in my back immediately felt better after my massage. I enjoyed my experience. I am now a monthly member.

The staff is very friendly. They have open appointments when I need it, and the membership program is wonderful!!!! I will defiantly be going back soon!

I would like to see a quiet room before the service. Also the add-ons I think are too much. Some of the things should be included in the facial and or massage.
