My appointment was not 1hour long. Its becoming reoccurring

Therapists do not seem to really be into what they are doing. Seem to be going thru the motions.

I have been 4 times and basically was only highly satisfied with one massage.

I can't clarify anything. I was def satisfied with the visit. Truly enjoyed my visit. No issues.

I was charged for 100 minutes and massage was less than 80. Second time this happened

I don’t live in this area to return back to this exact Hand and Stone, so it would be very unlikely for me to recommend others or visit again within 90 days

everything was good

The things that I was not highly satisfied with did not affect my visit to Hand & Stone. My massage therapist Tracy was awesome. It would be nice if the place smells more like a spa.

Only issue was wait time which is abnormal for that location. Therapist was wonderful. Overall, I was very pleased with my visit.
