I very much DISLIKE the time it takes for the receptionist to check you out once your massage is over. It's the worst part of my experience!

I feel that the room was small and too cramped. The cost is a factor, location is at least a 20 minute drive which is ridiculous, and sometimes I don’t have the time to go and use my points.

The therapist was more into being a chiropractor than a message therapist, she talked 20 mins and rubbed me and not massage me for 15 minutes . Sorry I’ve been here plenty of time this Therapist was inexperienced

The past few times I visited I have had the same services but this time there was no discount or using more than one package.....The products to purchase were very low and I was told that was due to the manager was out on bereavement....there's no assistant??? The front desk person did not seem engaged. Didn't explain the cost/invoice. My services were great and relaxing.

My experience was great, however I wish there was more variety in the pricing on the products. After spending 200+ on a facial, I think it’s kind of crazy that this company expects people to purchase $60+ products afterwards. I think there should be 90 minute options for facials as well. My session was great but I wish I had more time during it. I wish all the products were available and there were more sample sizes. I also had the diamond glow facial and it was amazing but I think the diamond glow machine should’ve been used a little longer on my face.

For a working individual who's office is not close to the store, getting a suitable appointment time is difficult (typically looking at 6+ weeks out). Additionally, appointments regularly start late (10-15 min past the appointment) which is a waste of my time and the stores.

I am 76 years of age and retired military. I have always been in excellent physical shape, which takes considerable time and work. I have had massage many times in many places, some including overseas. One of the things that most annoys me about H&S is that I cannot get the length of time in therapy that other therapists have said I need to get the most benefit from the treatment.
