Everything was fine, I am just used to pretty deep pressure, I did not "upgrade" to deep tissue, just firm pressure. Most of the time the pressure was good, just wished she would have gone a bit deeper on some obviously tight areas.

The room was comfortable but my bed was broken and the therapist could not lift the head of the table. I was not offered a new room. I could hear people talking in the hall the most of my session as well as the doors as the open every time a guest came in. Would like a quiet room with River and nature music playing to have relaxed with. Also the check in is a busy area for sales. A relaxing quiet room for people who are checked in away from the traffic would me nice. I will be back for a second session to see if it gets better.

The massage appointment was great but the facial was not performed with the equipment I needed. Apparently the equipment had not been used in a while and was not in working order. So I did not get the procedure I wanted. Poor management in not checking the equipment routinely and prior to customer service.

I asked to speak to management regarding a policy & I was told they were to busy & would call me. I have not heard from anyone after 3 days. I gave the gift card # to the receptionist upon entry. After my massage I was asked to send a copy of the gift card to Hand & Stone. I questioned this because I was not asked to do this upon arrival. I was treated with no regard & no professionalim was used at all! I will not come to Hand & stone again.

Overall I'm highly satisfied with hand and stone. Only issue I had or don't understand the reason behind is not being able to use my points for adding time to my service

The girls at reception are hit and miss as far as friendliness, and knowledge. Twice I have had a problem that was not my fault, and I had to TRY and remedy it three times before it was actually remedied.

I have visited numerous other spa/massage facilities. My rating of just satisfied is because I am comparing my experiences at similar priced facilities to yours and it falls short. Unable to take shower etc. Your receptionists need customer training and should be more friendly, knowledgeable, and customer oriented.
