2 pm appt. Came for me at 2:08, started working my facial around 2:12pm. Finished facial and luminfusion addition at 2:52. Short facial session.

I am very satisfied with my services ! Adrian was very professional and great massage therapist -I booked another appointment ! Receptionists are always helpful and always let me know if cancellations happen so I can get into appointment sooner

The room was next to the barking dogs of the store next door which was not relaxing to listen to.

Service was great, but time was cut short on massage.

For this visit we talked for 10 min or more why my health condition may not be good for service if this is a concern call ahead and discuss don’t take time from service otherwise she was very knowledgeable and caring -

Payment card machine not working correctly.

The last time I went, the therapist did not turn on calming music. She had a cold and was wearing a mask so all I could hear was her breathing. Her hands were freezing which was shocking to me because usually the therapist hands are very warm. She was coughing the entire time. It just was not relaxing at all.

Having issues with the app is a little annoying, so i call in to make appointments. I believe over rhe phone bookings dont get you points, only booking online? Other than that - things are good. Satisfied. Ladies up front are helpful and always positive.

Music could be better.
