Too much legal language to sign each visit for a membership. Tip rates are above a reasonable rate, why not increase the salaries of the therapists in lieu of anything over 20%. If people have the money and felt it is worth more to them they will leave it. Customers should not be asked if they left a tip when they don't leave one at the front desk. I try to leave mine in the room so I can walk out and get on with my errands. A sign up front is enough.

I’ve been overcharged a couple times. They said both times the differences were credited back. And being told my 14 year old had to be in the room with me or not come after 6 months of him coming was highly bothersome.

The therapist didn’t seem interested in the details I gave her (I had just had foot surgery and wanted her to spend time rubbing my calf/Achilles where there is scar tissue that hasn’t broken up). She didn’t focus on areas I wanted her to and seemed to give a very general massage.

I was satisfied with my experience. My facial was excellent and the woman was very knowledgeable. Lots of explanation with my massage as well. Loved it all.

Unlike those I have had in the past.

I am simply reserving final judgment, it was the 1st time having this new service and was told it would likely do better with multiple applications. It is a little pricey so I am waiting to see how well it actually works

The therapist was very nice and professional. She addressed my concerns and asked/answered my questions. My reason for not giving a highly satisfied score was she seemed inexperienced. Meaning, new to the profession. Not a seasoned therapist. Over time I’m sure she will be one of your best.

I wasn't highly satisfied because I couldn't get a massage session also. My facial time was well under an hour, but I felt she did a good job. A little different from the services I had elsewhere.
