My appointment started late and was not acknowledged. I also asked for firm but was only able to get medium.

I was charged $40 for a deep tissue massage. I had no idea it was an up charge. I was just told it sounded like I needed a deep tissue massage.

The prices and membership are very pricey. I think is very expensive for 50 minutes

I think the price is a little high, especially after we need to add on a gratuity. I was overall satisfied. There is always room for improvement. Yet, not everyone would agree to what suits me personally.

I never give highly satisfied on any survey

This was my first experience getting this type of service. Therefore, I don't have a lot of experience comparing to other services. However, my facial skin looked great after the service.

Ok.: the front staff needs more training. The checkout receptionist says great but her counterparts. They are not as friendly or professional. Cell phoning texting entire time! The lady helping me was great and asked a ? For help from her team.. they instilled no confidence. Product:: always out of what is recommended.. always! Cool sculpting. Come on guys.. installment plan!!! You will have my business but not at 1500 upfront. Revenue loss. Zoe… amazing!!!! Massage therapist was ok but weakest one I have had there.. Jasmyn. Manager .. she is great!
