Robbin did an amazing job! She was knowledgeable, kind and made helpful suggestions.

I wish there was tea or something else added to the waiting room to help start relaxation there. Miss Kimberly was late, she definitely made it up and offered me the best massage I had there and went more than over to make up for the time. I will definitely see her again! I almost canceled my membership , but because of her I’ll keep it! The receptionists (all 4) were not very attentive though and had no idea that my appointment was to already have started.

I always feel there is room for improvement so I don't give out "highly Satisfied" very often so do not take it personally.

she was a very nice therapist. I will ask not to be put in the first room as you enter thru the main door. (not her fault) every time someone would go thru the main door, there was some sort of pressure change in my room that would make me jump a bit, only because it was so serene in the room itself, in a busy atmosphere I would not have noticed. I could hear someone in the next room opening/shutting (I wouldn't say slamming) the drawers and maybe cleaning the room? when you are the verge of sleeping and in such a relaxed state, these small noises appear to be loud she did finish about 10 minutes early, even for dressing, thought that was a bit too early when you're paying so much!

Booked my appointment on line, received confirmation email and txt theh was contacted to say they couldn't accommodate me at that time. This is the 2nd time this has happened and it's quite frustrating

I’ve never had an issue with massage therapist, my issues have always been with reception ladies. On their personal phone frequently. You stand there waiting for someone to check you in/out after they are done doing whatever they are doing on their personal phones. Not very professional.

Sometimes it is not easy to get appointments

The reception area was nice and clean. It smelled pleasant. And my therapist listened to what I said was bothering me and took the time to address those areas.

No matter the location I have utilized there are usually only a few great therapists and they book up quickly.

It was because the massage therapist I'd scheduled with was unavailable because sick. It was the 2nd time in three months that I had to reschedule my appointment.
